This place was reasonably quiet and clean, however during the last month there has been extremely disturbing construction noise - literally constant banging from 8am to 5pm every single day (bar Sunday and holidays). Not to mention they had to enter my apartment several times and moved my stuff without asking. Supposedly they will finish in a few weeks but a place that has this little respect for current tenants is appalling, and I'm not going to put up with it any longer.

Residents have experienced balcony construction noise and some inconveniences have occurred as necessary renovations are made to beautify and preserve the Davey Glen location. The office staff is happy to answer any questions or discuss any concerns you may have. In addition, they have a project manager with a direct contact number, just in case you need detailed info.

"Some inconveniences" is an understatement. Management is full of lies and constantly tones down the severity of the construction. The truth is all of the balconies have termite damage and the place is literally falling apart. "Beautify and preserve"??? They used to have a nice fountain in the lobby which they turned off a few months after I moved in and never turned back on.
