I have been living in these apartments for a couple of years now and have seen its huge decline after changing ownership to Essex Property. For months now there has been construction, even at 9am on Saturday mornings. Not to mention how horrible the management is. They do not care when you call to complain about something and do not want to help you. The building is old and smelly. There has been a huge green stain on the carpet for weeks in the lobby. The carpet needs to be replaced badly. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the complex. Everything is also falling apart in the apartments- toilets, closets, floors etc. The only thing good about living here is the location.

It's been 5 years since I lived there. After getting an email notification and reading another reviewer, it doesnt surprise me that place hasn't changed. Seriously, that place needs to be reported as one of the worse places you can ever live in. It has nothing going for it, not even the location. Your living right next to a noisy intersection and you have single pane windows. Haha. The guy who manages the places doesnt treat his tenants politely and doesnt manage the place correctly according to modern day apartment living standards. Its such a dump for the price too. Its not even worth living there whatsoever.
