From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   since moving in september of 07, construction has occurred from november til just recent... dealing with extreme noise with contractors, workers and construction for early am til 5pm mon- sat. The carpet in my living room had to be pulled up in order for them to do the work on the balcony (completely replaced) and the carpet was poorly reinstalled. Now we have just received notice that the interior halls are going to be under construction as well.
