Lived at the El Dorado for two years. The apartment we were in was very large, with a nice deck and fully refurbished kitchen. The windows are all floor to ceiling, so you get the effect of living in a treehouse. Very cool.

Management was extremely responsive. Sometimes, they can be a little abrupt (especially in signs in public areas) but overall they bend over backward to help as long as you are friendly to them.

We lived on the top floor, and the tenants below us complained about noise constantly. They moved out, and the new tenant said they never heard us. So not sure how noisy the downstairs apartments are. It's possible that our downstairs neighboor was crazy.

Only issue is parking. A few random acts of vandalism against cars -- someone sat on my car once, not sure if it was a person or a wayward deer. Just recently, someone stole all of the wheels on someone's car. This is a quiet neighboorhood, so this is really surprising.
