Notorious for racial discrimination, extremely bad maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   This apartment owner Uliana Foti and her sons (who are also the maintenance ppl for this apartment) are notorious for racial discrimination. They evicted 6 non-white ppl within a month. Now all residents are white americans. The maintenance is extremely bad. Kitchen sink was stuck for more than a month and smelling before they fixed it. The landlady makes very frequent visits to the apartment. BTW...the landlady has got an arrest warrant against her now after losing a case against three tenants.
