The apartments here are reasonably well built in terms of sound insulation. The living rooms get the morning sun. There is plenty of parking.

The owner has made some attempts at improving the landscaping. A new roof was put in a few years ago. However for all the attention placed on external maintenance, less attention is placed on maintaining a comfortable environment for existing tenants inside their units. If you don't like something about your unit you should negotiate up front because after you move in the owner / management will become much less attentive / responsive to making you comfortable. The longer you live here the worse your unit will be relative to units that are prepared for new renters.

Building management has been and continues to be subpar (it had gotten a bit better).
It still takes too long to get problems resolved. Communication with tenants has improved a bit but is still very haphazard.
It would be nice if problems were tracked and maintenance organized in a systematic way. With the current husband and wife local management team it is unclear which of them takes responsibility for following through on a given issue.
