The only plus in this apartment is square footage..BUT LOOK AT THE INSIDES CLOSELY. The ammenities in this apartment are older than I am. Stained Curtains..Popcorn ceiling..and a shower that dates back to the 60's--The owner harrasses you about rent the first through the 5th and he spends time on the "Illusion" of a nice place. Spending all his money on the outside of the living area but not the apartments themselves. THe pool is shaped like a coffin and there are only 3 washing machines for 18 units. The carpet after a month begins to show the old stains and the ceilings are sinking in almost all areas of the living quarters. The only plus is the view or lack there of and the large living room for only 4 of the units. Otherwise the absolute WORST PLACE TO MOVE IN AND OUT OF..no stairs except on the ends and a very tiny elevator. DONT DO IT
