Many of the residents of these apartments are technology employees (including myself), several of them employed by Oracle.
The building itself is old. Wallpaper and fixtures probably have not been changed since the 60's. The pool is not heated, so it remains cold even after some of the heat spells we have had.
There are a total of 4 washers and 4 dryers for everyone to share (32 units i think) although our lease does not say anything about not bringing in your own.
Overall, this is not a bad place to live. There is a great shopping center nearby, easily accessible by walking. But one can find a much nicer place, without spending too much more money.
