it could make you nervous

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Very close to the road, it gets really loud around traffic times. Plus, the wall/ceiling insulation is paper-thin, so you can hear your neighbors snore and go to the bathroom, which is particularly annoying when they do it at 5 in the morning.
Weird neighbors and the proximity of a funeral house are somewhat disconcerting as well.
So be advised.
