I've rented most of my life and this was the worst overeall renting experience I ever had. On-site managers were very nice, but no power. The owner makes all decisions and is a real scrooge. Read the other comments; they are ALL true. The same person who owns this building also owns Chateau D'Oro. Read those comments as well. They lock you into an impossible lease, then do repairs on the cheap when you can get them done. In the end they do everything possible to keep your deposit when you leave. Noise is a huge problem. You can hear when someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower. You can hear people walking in the apartment and hallway upstairs. Also, the area itself is extremely noisy. Remember the adage "buyer beware" and apply it to renters.
