The owner/management for le chateau d'oro and le chateau sandel are the same. Read the reviews posted for d'oro and cahteau sandel before deciding to ever rent here.
The owner/management are mean to say the least. Renting an apartment in either one of these places is an easy way to lose your peace of mind and sleep at night.
The apartments are no big deal either. They attract customers by lowering the rent but they know very well that can be easily made up by eating your entire deposit and by providing lousy appliances (washer/dryer etc).
Strongly Not Recommended unless your purse is most important to you and you are willing to forgo other important things in life.
