We lived at Sandel for one year. Our apartment was relatively large and centrally located. The management was cool and responsive. Sometimes they were a little abrupt but overall they bent over backwards to help us with any maintenance issues. We lived on the top floor and never had any complaints. In general the apartment worked out really well.
