Lived here 6 months and could not stand it any longer. Poor maintanence. Building appearance and safety features have not been updated from the 70s. I moved out having things still need repair from the day I moved in. Manager constantly "sick" and extremely difficult to get a hold of. Never got the old smell out of my apt. Manager parks in random tenants carport spots. Filthy, stained common walk way carpets. Orange/red from the 70s. Manager comes across sweet, however plays shady games.
