Not bad, lower end for Belmont.

A little funky, I'll agree, but the rents are OK for Belmont. Definitely a safe place, and we didn't have any problems with the deposit. Much better than Carlmont Heights, the other place we lived up the hill. Agree that the pool is useless as it's hardly ever warm enough to use it.
