I have lived in Normandy Square for 9 months now and I don't see what all the hype is about. Stephanie Hart has been an excellent manager to my needs and the needs of many other residents I know. Yes the building is run-down and the elevator hasn't been inspected in a while, but their are some good points too. I live near the street so I don't witness any pool or gym activity, my building (635) is clean, safe, and secure. Anytime I have had a matainence issue, they have responded within 24 hrs. I have never witnessed "drugged tenants" or other suspicious activity. The building does have security, but they cruise the property in unmarked vehicles. Their have been some car break-ins, including the theft of my vehicle, but that can occur anywhere you go! My overall stay here has been plesant. Maybe the other reviewers were just bad tenants.

Yeah.. she was nice.. but she got fired when the building got sold! And the building sucks anyway.. you must be crazy to like living there.. I've been here for a year and I'd rather live in a barn that this place!
