I am not kidding: They have NightMarish Management

Normandy Square Apartments: and French Village Apartments are managed by the same management and it is headed by Stephanie. She is a total -----. She is VERY rude to say the least. Every time we had a problem, we were literally scared to talk to her because she shouts at you. She behaves as though we are living here for free. If the above dos not bother you, then you can choose to stay here, but fir us it is frustrating. And it is noisy.
