Not worth the money!

This grouping of apartment houses is making the Chavez brothers extremely rich. It was built probably in the seventies, and receives minimal maintenance. Every apartment in the complex is only one-bedroom, but commonly supports a complete family of four or more. I remember noting one apartment that was inhabited by two couples.
I left when the rent was raised something like 35% in one single swoop. Realizing that I had moved out of state, the Chavez brothers decided that they were not going to return my rental deposit. I fought this for some time and finally won, but not without an extremely foul taste in my mouth, since I had been an excellent tenant.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place...
