Oxford has been taken over by a big rental company, which redid the pool, some paint in the halls, etc. It was still stinky when I lived there, but only in the halls... too many different cuisines being cooked or something! I liked my apartment itself, though it was small. The floors are thin- the guy downstairs complained when I was not doing anything that I kept him awake (once) and once when I was changing my sheets. The people upstairs sounded like they were bouncing iron balls at least a few times a week and their snoring kept me awake!!
Manager and maintenance were friendly, lots of street parking for visitors & spaces in the lot.
