This used to be a nice place. However, after it was taken by MNM Partners LLC (about 2 years ago), it's totally different now.

pros:
1.the rent is a little cheaper than most other apartments in that area. However, comparing to the cons, I would rather pay a little more and change to a better place.
2.there's visitor parking and also adequate street parking.

cons:
1. The residential manager is horrible! He's the most irresponsible manager I've ever seen. Whatever he promised is just a lie. I can't trust even a word from him now. He always has some excuses, but if the same thing happens again and again, will you still believe the excuse'
The manager never answers calls or stays in the office (he also won't call you back even you left him a voice mail), so it's almost impossible to find him even in working hours. If you have anything urgent need to be fixed, you probably need to wait for a week until he finally could come to your apartment! If it's not urgent case, then more than 1 month is very normal waiting time. When I moved into the apartment, many things hadn't been finished in the apartment which were supposed to be ready before I moved in. I've lived here for 2 months now, but some stuff are still not finished in my apartment which he promised to get them finished BEFORE I moved in.
I'm not the only tenant who complains about the manager. Such staff should be fired if I were the boss, but unfortunately the company is owned by the manager's dad, so it's impossible for the dad to fire his son...

2. The building is very old, so sound insulation is bad. You can easily hear people talking and laughing above or below you. So it depends on your luck that whether people living around you are quiet or not.

3. appliances in the apartment are very old. They didn't work properly when I moved in. The quality is also bad since the company wants to save money and thus they choose the cheapest one which may easily have problems in a short while.

4. the building's back door lock was broken a month ago and it's still not fixed yet.

Hence I strongly suggest people to avoid this place unless you like to deal with such manager!
