I have lived in Oxford Manor Apartments for 6 years and have seen management companies come and go, but MNM Partners is the most professional and reliable one yet. Every time I call i get a response. No matter what my need it is handled in a speedy manor. The grounds are kept clean. After reading the other reviews I feel like they are at a different place. The surrounding areas are Peaceful and quiet.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay especially the last three years. After living here for a while I have found that there are certain people that can never be pleased, who are not happy people. Great place to live Great management!

ha, really doubt if you are someone from MNM... At least according to my friends' and my experiences, 95% of the time when we called the manager never answered. Maintainence is NEVER handled in a speedy manor.

I agree, this is probably a response from MNM or the (never) on site management. It is true that the surrounding is nice, very residential, but the response time for fixes is terribly long. I have never once received a call back from the property management (NEVER). I have always had to call make numerous times to finally get an answer.

Yeah, this review is total BS. The manager is never there and won't answer the phone ever! I believe the manager is related to the property owner. It's probably his son, so the problem of never getting a hold of the manager is never going to change. Good luck trying to get maintenance, putting in your 30 day leave notice, or even trying to get your deposit back.
