I lived with my roommate for a couple of months here. I just got out of my parents home, so I settled with this dirty place.
When parking my car there, it got involved in an attempted theft incident. This place had lots of residents with questionable past. Many of them were being chased by towing car companies possibly due to non-payments. Towing trucks and fire engines frequent this place more than any other place I know on the planet. Also, they have a horrible maintenance crew who just barges in while you're asleep and leaves the door open. Also, one of the residence on the first floor got on fire; it was supposedly be caused by a bad workmanship of an electrical wiring. Despite of all that, I overheard manegement trying to screw its resident for damages and such. The management didn't care that they almost killed their residents with their negligence.
