OVER PRICED /DIRTY/DRUG INFESTED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SINCE THE NEW OWNERS CAME ALONG THEY OVER CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING FROM WATER AND GARBAGE TO PARKING SPACES THEY CALL THESE PLACES APARTMENT HOMES I CALL THE THE GHETTO!!! I HAVE DEALT WITH CONSTANT PARTYING I HAVE WATCHED DRUG DEALS GO DOWN WITH RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES. WORKERS SITTING IN YOUR HOME TAKING A BREAK!! HELLO NOT A STAFF LOUNGE!!! I HAVE HAD MY RENT INCREASED EVERY SIX MONTHS FROM 250.00-575.00 WITH NO UPGRADES TO MY APARTMENT MY SUGGESTION TO DO IS RUN, RUN VERY FAST!!!! THEY LOOK GREAT ON THE OUTSIDE BUT THE INSIDE POORLY TAKEN CARE OF OH YEAH BY THE WAY I HOPE YOU LIKE LIVING WITH ROACHES THEY ARE GREAT TENEANTS TOO!!! SLUMLORDS
