We asked for help with the smelly, poisonous heaters but they said "oh, that's normal when a heater hasn't been turned on for a while". It's normal to smell something that makes you physically sick and makes the smoke detectors go off'! Also we asked them to fix the drip that comes through the bathroom vent from the apartment above us. They said that it was the woman who lived above us and she must have been splashing or overfilling her bath tub. So what' Even if she did, the water shouldn't be oming through the vent and dripping on us when we're in their. It's been 6 months and never fixed.
Garbage all over the propert, in the laundry rooms. Very gross. Don't rent here.
