Avoid this place

Years at this apartment:

The Good:
-Very close to Caltrain and Safeway.
-Safe area. Check the crime reports to see what I mean.
-Clean pool.
The Bad:
-Management's policy on all matters: "Our hands are tied."
-Cracked, leaking ceilings.
-Rust and dirt in the water.
-Layers and layers of paint on all surfaces to the point that doors and cabinets won't close anymore.
-Parking area in permanent disrepair. Only one spot per unit, no guest parking.
-Rent has gone up every year despite lack of improvements. (After we left, from what I understand, our unit now runs $2100 a month.)
Summary:
Avoid this place the best you can. If you can afford their prices, then you can find far better. Best of luck with your search.
