Just as others here have said, if you rent here, do NOT expect to get anywhere near your full deposit back. They will charge $120 for cleaning, then more for painting and cleaning the carpets EVEN IF you've been here for years without ever having had your apartment painted or carpet cleaned while living there.

Then they charge you outrageous water bills. They claim it's the water company but while there, I never paid more than $45/mo for water. Now, after I move out, it's $147 for a month and a half'' Really' And the account is closed, by the Madison, so I can't find out if this was true or not. Smells fishy.

If you must go here because you have a dog, fine, it's livable however if you don't have a dog, there are plenty of other, quieter, cleaner and more honest places to go.

Oh - oftentimes the outside lights were out after dark. A friend fell down the stairs in the dark too.

I can't agree anymore! We just moved out of this place and they charged us for painting even though there is no damage or scratch on the walls. We are now trying to get part of the charge back from them and no idea if they will agree...Anyway please avoid this Madison apartments!
