I just moved to here one week ago. To me, the management is good, the matainance is good too. They are just not very good at time-keeping, but its common everywhere, isnt it? I would recommend it.
This complex is dirty, smelly, moldy, with the worst maitnence and management I have EVER experienced! My apartment was literally sliding down the hill!
Rude and arrogant manager. Full with middle-eastern people, rude dirty and arrogant. You get parking adn anything else if you are in good terms with the manager. Good if office will be open once in while.
