Unique Property, Poor Management

Upon first viewing this property, I was thrilled with its unique design and great location. The complex has great potential, but it is being squandered. After moving in, it became evident that the resident manager and the management company as a whole, did not live up to the level of of service advertised in their brochure. They seemed to have an adversarial relationship with their tenants, all of whom seem very easy going, quiet professionals. I felt very uncomfortable any time I had to deal with management, the way he "talked down" at me which has never happened to me before.
A typical example of the attitude here is the parking situation. There aren't enough covered parking stalls for residents because several of the covered parking stalls remain unassigned so that the upper management of Woodmont Inc. (who work in the building next door to the apartments) can park their high dollar Mercedes and BMWs under cover. It states loud and clear who's more important.
I would say by the large turnover rate I witnessed here, that my opinion has been shared by many people. The quality of living there does not add up to the above average rent.
