Club Pacifica is notorious for treating their existing tenants like CRAP!

If your apartment floods and you still live in said apartment, one would think you would get new carpet. Nope. They will ONLY clean your carpet, IF you sign another YEARS lease!!!!

They also have NO problem hiking up the monthly rent without replacing ANY of the old appliances, linoleum, carpet or fixtures that constantly burn out bulbs.. But why would they do that'' It's not like they have any loyalty to their tenants (tenants that have been there for more than 3 years!).

Oh and what's worse than having buckling carpets, messed up linoleum and bad light fixtures' How about having the manager rub it in your face by saying "Oh, I have all the new stuff. It's so much nicer than that old out of date crap."

Maybe she would like living in said "out of date crap" apartment for a year and see how she does. I mean really, not replacing carpet that could have mold under it... That's low.. REALLY LOW!

So, good luck to whomever moves in here. Hopefully the workers cleaning out the apartment near you or above you don't hit the sprinkler and cause your apartment to flood. Or hopefully you wont be stuck with fixtures that constantly burn out perfectly good bulbs every month. OHHHHHHH and I REALLY hope both your toilets don't burp out all the last weeks sewage into your bathrooms!

Don't even get me started on the THIN WALLS!!! Or the parking....... UGH!!!!
