I agree with the negative reviews abt this place; i didn't place much importance on courteous service until after i moved in. They're so rude that i end up feeling like i'm imposing on them and they're doing me a huge favor AND i only asked twice! Of course both times they could NOT help me out. I have rats coming into my kitchen - under the sink - because of some big holes in the cabinetry where the pipes are. RATS for the kind of prices we pay for rent'' I smell cigarette smoke wafting in thru my balcony doors every evening. And if you hv inconsiderate neighbors yelling in the parking lot late at nights, you can hear them very clearly. Given the rental situation where most apartment complexes are offering all kinds of specials, they have the audacity to tell me that they will not raise my rent if i sign another one yr lease but anything less than 1 yr they will raise rent by $100. Hey guess what' I'm outta there!! I'll leave it to someone else to write abt the move-out process...it's too stressful for me to recount!

Never noticed the rude issues when I lived there from 1997 thru 2004, please. Sorry your experience wasn't as pleasant as mine was. My only negative was a loud stereo in middle of night below me in early 2000, but with a request directly to the neighbor to not play it that loud at that time, he complied. He ended up moving out about 2 months after that. Anytime I needed something fixed, they put in an order and Jerry would get it fixed the next day.
