Beware - kept security deposit

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I lived there for four months and the apartment was cleaner when I left but they kept the security deposit anyway. They said the carpets needed to be cleaned. I never even wore my shoes inside, nor were the carpets clean when I moved in. They will make up any excuse to keep your deposit.
