Not the best but certainly not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. - Moving in was a pain, I live on the second floor. And the elevator does really only go to the first floor. Moving in was great; moving out was unbelievable - Moving in was easy. (My only complaint was that we weren't told that the building right next to us was going to be torn down, and construction would be taking place. The noise definitely woke me up every morning at 6am.) The staff seemed really nice and helpful, but when it came to moving out, that was a different story.
