The staff at this apartment gives me the creeps. Antoine, the manager, will seriously murder you and shove you in the closet if you ever happen to be alone with him at night. He has a tendency of not meeting you eye-to-eye when you talk about something as general as scheduling to fix your plumbing... even if it means he will flee down the hall way and then run down the stairs as he yells "Call Diane!" (uhhh) Not to mention, he sells parking spots during the football weekends and pockets the money - I don't feel safe parking my car there.

You call Diane, the office lady, to arrange repairs and she too is a nut case. She's anything but competent. She freaks out over every little thing, and if you ever happen to drop by the office, she will cling on to you and try to carry on a long windy conversation. You go in there to buy a set of spare keys, you are obligated to talk to her for two full hours before she lets you go (Well, I was victimized before I just deiced that I'm just going to be rude and leave). It's as if she's never spoken to anyone for years, and she's just about to pass out with boredom.

Here's the icing on the cake: every other month or so, you get harassing notes on your door that tells you that you haven't paid rent when, in fact, you have. You call the manager who then yells at you for allegedly skipping your payment (surprisingly, he has much more courage over the phone). When you tell him that he should check his records, he does, finds out that he made a mistake, then he hangs up without an apology.
