The manager changed so no more creepy manager. The new manager is chill and helps you whenever you ask. He's awesome so far. He's even trying to make the apartment a better place by making sure random ppl are not entering the apartment for no reason. Aparently the manager before is really screwed up and doesn't care about the wellbeings of the tenants. But everything is changing now :-D. It looks pretty safe in the hallways. Just make sure you lock your deadbolt (duh safety measures :-D) This place is not too far from school or any other popular locations like telegraph. There's a bus station right across the street so it's actually quite convenient if you need get to the airport or the bart station. Overall i think it's decent. It's not your 5 star apartment, but it's not your 0 star apartment either. I'd give it a 3.9/5 The size of the apartment depends on your choice, I think there are two sizes. I am in the smaller apartment (1 bedroom, 1 working room, 1 kitchen(standard equipment), and 1 restroom(bathtub and shower) IF you need parking, its 1450$ per month instead of 1300
