Small Cute Building

I'm interested in the arts profession and wanted to be near (or in) Downtown Berkeley's "Arts District". Since moving in, I got a part time job across the street at Berkeley Rep and love being so near all that downtown has to offer. Would also recommend to students interested in smaller communities.
