Hi there! I'm Susanne and I've been the Resident Manager at The Berkeleyan Apartments for over 2 years now. I rarely get any complaints and have done everything from changing smoke detector batteries to watching fish and plants for my residents. These negative reviews below are old, come by and see for yourself! Some of the extra perks The Berkeleyan offers is the downstairs office will accept packages for you during the day time, they are available for maintenance requests very easily, and the other commercial tenant is a yummy coffee shop! So come visit this great building in Downtown Berkeley and meet our awesome managment staff at Panoramic Managment.
