Clean and close to UCB
This location is the best ,near everything!
The place is kept clean and relativly quiet for having 90 apartments in a small area.
Maintenance is promptly responded to and management is friendly and walks the property daily and in the evenings. The price is comparable to any building in the area. Most of the students here share a small 1 bedroom without any problems. The new manager is nice and respectful ,the old manager had problems emotionally and would confont residents and threaten them with physical violance. I'm glad he's gone!
