The suites in Evans Manor is great. There are 3 rooms and 1 bathroom in a suite. one person per room, no sharing. The price ranges from 345-570 (small to largest). I've lived there a year and it's been great. The carpet throughout the complex is remarkably clean. All utilities paid by landlord and a cleaning lady cleans for us, so no more toilet scrubbing. I paid 570/month for a room that can fit 2 queen beds and 2 desks, and still have walking space, it's huge.
