Ok if you have no money and don't like to eat

Evans manor is great if you have no money. They have great priced rooms and although most on the East side have horrible views the West side is nice. The lower floors are horrible with a high incidence of bugs and there is no kitchen anywhere in the whole building. It is really quiet though and if you like your solitude you will like this place because no one, even your suite mates, will hardly ever talk to you.
