Evans Manor is a great place for someone who just wants a place to sleep, study, and relax. The small rooms are comfy, but it's definitely worth it to spend an extra $90 to get a medium size room. All utilities are paid for which is great! A person cleans the bathrooms once a week, which is nice when you're sharing it with at least one other person. I think the only downfall is that there is no kitchen for any of the suites or even one large one for the whole building to use. Parking is available for a reasonable price and there's a huge study area in the basement. It's a quiet enviornment and a nice place to live for the most part.
