Small, Management is nitpicky From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived here for a year. The rooms were very small, and overall, I would say not worth the money. The management was adequate while we lived in the apartment, but was very nitpicky when moving out. They picked on everything to reap as much as they could on our security deposit. Maintenance was done on time and well. My biggest complaints are about moving out and about the size of the rooms (for the exorbitant prices we paid). Parking was $150/month, which is also ridiculous.
