I was the first tenant in my apartment. The place itself is nice and clean, but for the price we paid ($2800 a month for a small two bd corner apartment) was too much. The floorplan wasn't great - our bathroom and hallway were way too large but our bedrooms were so small we had to bunk. Some nice built-ins, though - desk and bookshelf in each bedroom to save space.
