Good: 1. Safe. 2. Clean. 3. Huge number of college students living there.
Bad: 1. We moved into the unit before it was finished being developed. While looking at the floor plan, I asked the management where were the built-in desks. I was shown on the building plans although it didn't look right. When we moved in, there were no desks at all. 2. When potential residents were in the unit looking around, I suggested to them that they consider other units because they have built-in desks and larger sq ft in the bedrooms. Management yelled at me for not minding my own business and told me to keep quiet the next time other potential residents came to look. They only seem to care about how much money they can get from you, not you personally. 3. Ikea quality. Everthing looks so cheap. Rooms were ridiculously small for the price. The next year I moved out and found a much bigger 2 bedroom at a very reasonable price elsewhere.
