Not worth the money I'm shelling out every month.
Management is a nightmare and the place is already falling apart. It's only been one year !!
Be careful if you are not Russain, he and his annoying wife are pretty much mean to everyone else. Extreme caution !!
Also, the design is really stupid. Who would put a shower door in the bathroom that you cannot even get into comfortably. The parking is also terrible, people park on the side of the garage all the time so you can't even pull out. Management does nothing about this problem !!!
You're better off looking around for better accomodiations.

Not as bad as the previous post made it out to be. It IS pricey, but very clean and new. Also, the manager is not Russian. He is Israeli, and though we had a door that never got fixed he was always nice and at least attempted to be helpful. I would live there again, because the feeling of living in a nice place like this is sooo much better than many of the old dumps you find in Berkeley. The Gourmet Ghetto location is nice, too.
