This place is a SH*THOLE. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT'S THERE NOW IS THE WORST ITS EVER BEEN!!! MAINTENANCE IS LAZY AND SLOW. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD MY ROOMMATES THAT AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER I'M LEAVING. THEY SAID IT'S COOL AS THEY CAN AFFORD TO PICK UP MY PART OF THE RENT. IF MANAGEMENT KNEW WHICH UNIT, THEY WOULD TRY TO THREATEN BUT WE ARE GOING TO KEEP IT AMONGST US!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I BEG OF YOU....YOU WILL CERTAINLY REGRET IT! I am a resident of this community and if you form a Tenant's Association, PLEASE post it in the building because this property SERIOUSLY needs to be reviewed in terms of management.

We heard from the adm that PE&G is included in the rent before we signed; they did not give a copy of contract after we signed. Then when the monthly fee is due, now they asked us to check the contract and pay. Finally we got a copy but it seems too late, since legally we "lost the case" if we bring it up anywhere now. It's not our fault, we are undergraduates, we heard that PG&E is included and we were given too little time to read through the contract that we could not even take home....
