Here are the last few days in library garden so i thought to write an honest review. I hope not only reader will review but i would wish management of library garden should also read this to bring out positive change in the future. The rent of the apt is like luxury apt but it is without luxury.Even the washing m/c does not work in all the floor and so everyone uses 3rd floor dryer which works better than others. For the last 7 days my bike is locked in bike store in the ground floor and more than 3 times i have complained to the management but still no one cares. There is a problem with the lock of the bike store and it does not open with any key so all the bike owners are not able to use there bike since last 7 days. There are few good things too which i should mention and that is it is a new building, well gated so good from security point of view and has elevator, but all this comes at a hefty price tag.

True, i have complained too about the bike storage lock and they say that the maintenance team is looking at it. On Saturday when i visited the office they said that today is a holiday for the maintenance team and so they are not supposed to work, but leave your phone no and we will call you once it done. Today is monday and i called them again, the management says "They are still working on it". I asked when it is likeley that it will get repaired. Her answer is "I don't know". Common it is just that they have to repair the lock of bike storage and they are not able to do it since 9 days now. Everything is fine until you land into a problem in library garden and once you land into problem then only GOD will save you.

So true! The management here makes living in this place a living hell!
