This is a new apartment complex that was shoddily constructed. It was apparently constructed in a quarter (3 months) and it seems like it. Everything is new, but everything is made from particle board and cheap materials. Handles have fallen off, doors have fallen off hinges. We've gone through 2 dish washers. The paint is cheap - expect to repaint when you leave. The carpet stains very easily (we don't wear shoes but have had problems keeping it clean).

The main windows are small and let in very little light.

The mail room is on the bottom floor of the garage.

The laundry facilities are money drains - the washer gets your clothes wet, but the dryer doesn't dry it at all. I've given up and now walk the 5 blocks to clean my clothes. My roommate goes home to do her laundry.

Management is over burdened - they do not hold packages, are open only during student hours, have no place to drop off rent, and the recycling is in two giant rooms that have been overflowing with trash the 10 months I've lived here. There is one maintenance guy for the whole complex (4 buildings, 4 stories each). There have been 3 different management companies while we've live here.

The garage is a sham - my bike was gutted, my roommate's radio was stolen from her car - and she pays 100$ for the "security and convenience."

Noise is an issue from the street, not other apartments.
