This place is total and utter garbage.

It is noisy, all of the time. There is no A/C. There is no apartment manager. The walls are paper thin. All of the appliances in the apartment are cheap and nasty. The apartments are tiny. There is no A/C. The staff are rude and unhelpful. It is noisy all of the time. The elevator is constantly broken down. Parking costs $100. It is packed full of college kids, 4-6 to an apartment, being loud, obnoxious and annoying. This place is nothing more than a really expensive FRAT HOUSE for cripes sake. The rent is an outrageous rip-off! Plus it is really unsafe - they have to employ a security firm to chase off the crack smoking homeless bums who know the security code and shut-up the annoying, loud, partying kids that dominate the complex.

It is a devilish, nasty, over-expensive, crusty fester-pot of a stinking place to live. This is not luxury! This is garbage!

Oh, and did I mention, it is always NOISY and there is NO A/C!!!

PS: Library Gardens is currently offering a '1-month free' offer. First of all, the fact that they are paying some poor guy to lug around a sandwich board shows how desperate they are! Second, I wanted to warn everyone that their offer is A TOTAL CON! It really makes me mad. They have just raised the rent by hundreds of dollars to compensate for the 'free' month. It is, like everything else about this place, a total con. Let me explain why...

I leased my apartment just a year ago (moved out 2 months ago - wahoo!!!). It was a 2-bedroom, and I paid $1999 a month! Currently, and remember this is only in the space of a few months, they have had the audacity to raise the rent to $2400!!!

You do the math.

Do yourself a big, big, B-I-G favor: DON'T LIVE HERE!
