Moving in was a pain, I live on the second floor. And the elevator does really only go to the first floor. Inconvienant but I dont plan to move for a while so well worth it. I came from an apartment that had a laundry facility and the washer/dryer in the unit has changed my life! Aslo, it is very inconvienant that management is only in a few days a week. I was unaware of what days the manager was in and had some trouble getting a hold of her. But I left a message and she called me back when she came in. I havent really had any other trouble with the office staff or the company.
