Return of Security Deposit VERY slow!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved out on May 31st and by law I should have had my security deposit mailed to me by the 21st day after the lease ended (June 21st.) After many stories full of excuses, I had to demand that my deposit be over nighted to me after waiting 3 weeks past the deadline; I didn't receive my security deposit until July 13th!!!! Very poor service from management and corporate. The people were rude and full of excuses. I wouldn't recommend living here if you need your security deposit back in a timely manner.
