I live in one of the units facing Shattuck and street traffic is quite loud, especially since there is a busstop right in front of my window. But it quiets down at night. The walls are pretty thin, I can usually hear my neighbor's conversation's at night. The worst part: ANTS. In the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. They like food and nutritious things, like crumbs and potted plants. Also, since my unit faces west, it gets super-hot during the afternoon. But other than those things, I would recommend this building to students. The rent is reasonable and the units are spacious.
